Just what he makes of this heritage is rather confusing though.5/

He speaks of many issues which have clearly been emotional points in his life and his feelings are brought out wonderfully. Eric Mingus is unique in his style and this album is not to be missed/5(4).

4. May 06,  · To me Eric Mingus sounds very honest when he talks/sings about topics as racism, love, violence, media and peace, without ever falling into that melodrama-slimepit. Compared to the new release "Healin' Howl" this album is more experimental, less straight, maybe even some details on it a bit overdone/5(1).
